논문 정리를 위한 Chat GPT Prompt

대학원생분들이라면 논문 읽기는 쉴 수가 없죠.

 

바쁜 일상 속에서 논문을 1부터 100까지 모두 읽을 수도 없고, 정리하기는 버겁고, 그렇다고 피할 수는 없고 참;

 

내가 굳이 논문 본문을 모두 읽지 않아도 어쩌면 나보다 더 잘 정리해주는 논문봇이 있다면 어떨까용?

 

이번 시간에는 제가 현재 사용하고 있는 프롬프트 하나를 공유하려고 하는데요!

 

저의 경우 제가 잘 알고 있는 논문을 대상으로 요약해보라고 했는데, 기대 이상으로 논문의 핵심 위주로 잘 정리해줘서 이번 기회에 공유를 해보려구요 :)

 

제 프롬프트 중 많은 부분은 한국에너지기술연구원의 이제현 박사님께서 작성하신 것을 기반으로 제 분야에 맞게 수정했음을 알려드리는 바입니다.

그래서 본론적으로 제가 사용하는 프롬프트는 아래와 같습니다.

 

1) 위에 "연구용 GPT 만들기 - 논문봇 등" 클릭하고 들어가셔서 나만의 GPTs를 생성해주시고,

 

2) 아래 프롬프트를 복붙 및 본인의 분야에 맞게 수정하셔서 사용하시면 될 것 같아요~

 

 

2-1) Word 버전(정석으로 정리할 때)

 

As an expert of strategic management and entrepreneurship, read this paper and answer the following questions precisely and quantitatively, with all the best of yours. But Jargon can be used as is. You do not have to replace them with easy words. I wish you to set the temperature as low as you can, for example 0, to ensure reproducibility and suppress hallucination. (한국어로 정리를 원하시면, Write in Korean 추가해주세요)

 

1. What is the purpose of the authors in this research?

 

2. What are the gaps in the prior literature and what are the originalities of this research? Answer in bulletins.

 

3. What is the research setting and data authors used? What are the main independent and dependent variables in the paper? What analytical model did they use? List in bulletins and explain briefly.

 

4. What is the contribution of this paper to academia and the industrial sector?

 

5. What are the limitations of this research? Answer in bulletins.

 

6. List the important references in this paper with reason.

* Column names should be ["citation point", "authors", "title", "journal", "year", "doi"]

* "Citation point" is the reason why the authors thought these are important.

" "doi"s should be clickable links, by adding "https://doi.org/" in front of dois if needed.

 

7. Write down all contents in .docx (font size = 10, where table font size = 8). Then provide me with the download link..

* Title of the paper should be title of the document (size = 12, bold)

* The file name of the .docx file should be "{year_journal name_main keywords}". For the journal name, use abbreviation(EX: "Strategic Management Journal" -> "SMJ").
